Covid-19: Craft status in early 2021

Amid an increase in cases of covid-19 in the USA, Brazil and other countries in South America, Craft persists in measures that prioritize the well-being of its people. Thus, most of the teams start 2021 in remote work, always at full load.

South America, ports, airports and customs remain active, many with the introduction of digital resources. Foreign trade does not stop.

Brazil: 96% of the team works at home, in São Paulo, and other parts of the country, paying attention to the worsening of the pandemic. Ports, airports, terminals and customs have reduced hours, but without difficulties in dispatches

Argentina: team works regularly at home. New sea and air service hours: Monday to Friday, from 10 am to 1 pm and from 2 pm to 4 pm

Bolivia: again reduced employees in the office: 30%. The rest continue to work at home, while the country enters a dynamic quarantine. Ports, airports and borders with continuous schedule

Chile: the entire team works at home until further notice. Restriction measures across the country have increased as a result of growth in infections. Port, terminal and airport operations remain relatively normal. Customs continues with electronic operation

Colombia: due to mandatory quarantine and red alert in the capital, there is an average of 19% presence in offices across the country. Buenaventura and Cartagena have 50% and flexible schedules, as well as an airport. Medellín and Bogotá: home office

Ecuador: the operational team is present at the office every day; the commercial is still at home. Ports and airports operate at regular hours, as well as other public agencies, alternating physical service with teleworking

Paraguay: remote work until further notice, 100% operational team. Face-to-face assistance for documents twice a week. Port and customs terminals with reduced staff and standardized schedules, without delays. Friendship Bridge with normal access. Normally enabled passenger flights

Peru: 85% of the team at home, with no expected return to the office. Air and sea ports and terminals operate normally

Uruguay: with an exceptional increase in covid-19 cases in the country, the subsidiary returned 100% to home office until it saw how this new wave evolved. Port, airport and customs operate under the new normal

USA: all teleworking, with no anticipation of going to the office
